Urgent Care

Our urgent care locations, Urgent Care - Adirondack and Urgent Care - Wilton, provide diagnostics and treatment that is generally quicker and less costly than traditional emergency room care. With our highly trained, patient-centered medical professionals, patients can be confident that quality urgent care is nearby.

If you believe that you or a loved one is experiencing a potentially life-threatening medical issue, call 911.

Both Urgent Care - Adirondack and Urgent Care - Wilton provide walk-in services to address non-life-threatening or limb-threatening injuries and illnesses when your primary care physician is not available for urgent needs such as allergic reactions, earaches, fever, routine gynecological issues, pediatric illnesses, rashes and minor burns, sprains and fractures, urinary tract infections, and wounds and lacerations. Urgent care teams also see minor eye injuries, infections, or irritation and issues with stomach pain, vomiting, or diarrhea.

Our skilled Saratoga Hospital Medical Group physicians and advanced practice providers are specifically trained to quickly identify, evaluate, treat and stabilize patients for transfer to Saratoga Hospital’s Alfred Z. Solomon Emergency Center or other emergency departments if needed. Our compassionate team is dedicated to providing a positive patient experience, answering questions and helping patients understand their treatment plan and next steps.

Recognition

Saratoga Hospital has been designated a Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence™ (DICOE) by the American College of Radiology (ACR), the highest form of recognition an imaging department can receive nationally. The designation applies to the imaging facilities at both the Hospital and Wilton Medical Arts locations, the first facilities to earn this recognition in New York State outside of the New York City and Buffalo regions. The DICOE program, which represents the pinnacle of medical imaging care, requires a rigorous approval process. It is an achievement that goes beyond accreditation to recognize best-quality imaging practices and diagnostic care in all the services the Hospital’s imaging department provides, including quality patient care.
